We, TechInTech Co., Ltd., has been established on September 1st, 1983 as a strategic subsidiary of DAINIPPON SCREEN MFG. CO., LTD., the world's leading manufacturer of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and printing facilities, to cover its research and development.
In years since the initiation, we have been working on R & D for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and inspection equipment for print industry. With our core business to manufacture various types of process equipment for semiconductor fabrication procedures such as rinsing/cleaning, coating, developing and heat treatment, TechInTech has been growing. Our business focus is recently shifting to process equipment relevant to semiconductor and micro-electronics, playing a significant role in all the business line-up of DAINIPPON SCREEN, including development of cutting-edge equipment of nanometer generation such as flash lamp anneal, manufacturing of semiconductor fabrication equipment for 200-mm wafer based on our abundant results, and development of application and products. In addition, we are aggressively tackling with development of solar battery, which is now in the limelight as an integration of microfabrication and combinatorial technologies applying semiconductor manufacturing arts, and process tools relevant to nano-inprint technologies, which attracts a wave of interest in the next generation display, MEMS and electron device field, to provide our accomplishment to various R & D groups.
